Borgestad Industries renews cooperation with Calderys

Borgestad Industries has renewed its distribution agreement and production cooperation with the French company Calderys, the world´s biggest producer of monolithic refractory products. During the next five years Borgestad Industries through its subsidiary Borgestad Fabrikker will have the exclusive distribution rights to the Norwegian market and the subsidiary Höganäs Bjuf in Sweden will on an exclusive basis, distribute tailor made products to the cement industry worldwide. The cement organization of Höganäs Bjuf has currently more than 400 customers in 65 countries.

Through the renewed distribution agreement with Calderys we have established a solid platform for further positive development of the Norwegian market and within the cement segment, which is the biggest segment for Borgestad Industries, concludes Egil Friestad.
